  • Know who to talk to if something is wrong.
  • Be listened to and taken seriously.
  • Be respected and treated fairly by both staff and teammates.
  • Feel welcomed, valued, and free from judgment based on race, gender, nationality, or ability.
  • Receive support, encouragement, and skill development.
  • Be cared for in the event of an accident or injury, with your parents informed if necessary.

Commitment

We expect all young learners to follow this Code of Conduct to help create a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for everyone. Any behaviour that goes against these principles will be addressed with parental involvement. Repeated or serious breaches may result in further action, including the possibility of being asked to leave Evo Sports to ensure the welfare of other learners and staff. However, this is always a last resort, as our goal is to support, educate, and guide young learners toward positive behaviour.
