Refund Policy

Make-Up Sessions
We offer one make-up session per term for any missed session due to short-term illness or personal circumstances, subject to availability. Please note: All make-up sessions must be arranged in advance and are not guaranteed.

Refunds & Extended Absences

• If Evo cancels a programme or session, you will be offered either a make-up session or a credit. 
• If you choose to withdraw from a programme for personal reasons, fees are non-refundable.
• In cases of long-term illness or injury (over four weeks), and with valid medical documentation, we may offer a deferment to a future term or a partial refund, at our discretion.
• Refunds or credits are not issued for missed sessions due to holidays, travel, or personal scheduling conflicts.
• All refund or deferment requests must be made in writing and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. An administration fee of QAR 250 will apply to all approved refunds.

Payment Deadline – No Pay, No Play

To secure your child’s place at Evo, full payment must be made in advance of the first session. Children who are not fully enrolled will not be permitted to take part. This approach ensures a fair and consistent experience for all members and supports the smooth running of our programmes.
