BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp is a one-hour fat-blasting, strength building and metabolic conditioning workout. Bootcamp uses high-intensity interval training and embraces the latest exercise science to get you in great shape both mentally and physically. We use a wide range of equipment, and although it's hard work, it's also extremely satisfying!

GYM FIT

If you’re looking to burn fat, work hard but have fun then Gym Fit is for you! It’s adaptable to any level of fitness and uses a wide range of equipment including free weights, cardio and resistance machines, gym equipment and, of course, some great body exercises and moves to tone you up! Burn fat, have fun, sign up!

BOXERCISE

Box Fit is a dynamic class based around the principles of boxing using pads and gloves only (so no one gets punched or hurt!); it introduces several boxing techniques, moves and fitness drills to get you fit and in great shape. An enjoyable and rewarding workout!

TEEN FIT

This is a fun programme designed to help youth develop the proper mechanics of movement, the importance of consistency, and the skills to transfer into different sports & athletics and keep fit and healthy. In our Teen Fit classes, participants will focus on learning how to run, jump, and develop new skills such as functional gymnastics and lifting weights. The programme will not only increase fitness and build strength, but it will also help build confidence.

FUNCTIONAL CIRCUIT

If you're not sure what you want or need, Functional Circuit is the programme for you. This is a multi-discipline fitness package that involves a whole range of different exercises, all in one fast-paced class. Functional Circuit covers multiple disciplines and uses all sorts of equipment to work all those key muscle groups. Intensive from start to finish but adapted for different skills and abilities.

STRENGTH

Strength is a full-body workout. If you want to get toned and fit, this program is made for you. You'll work with barbells, light to moderate weights, a blend of low and high repetitions and a mixture of functional and isolation movements.  We will guide you through the moves, develop technique and keep building you strong and fit.

CARDIO AND CORE

Cardio and Core is, as you might guess, all about core body strength and hitting the cardio endurance. During a 45 min workout, you'll strengthen those core muscles and burn a lot of calories. You work at your own pace, so it's challenging but achievable for your level of fitness. You will have access to all CV equipment and a constant variety of challenging training principles. For overall health, this is a superb option.

PILATES & DYNAMIC STRETCHING

A class designed to readdress the body’s natural balance through a series of exact, controlled movements. It focuses on the core muscles in the waist and lower back area, the centre support for the rest of the body This improves strength, flexibility and posture, keeping the body mobile and helping prevent or reduce injury. This class is designed to slim figures, improve posture and build lean, toned muscles. Think of it as Pilates with a bite yet you’ll leave the class feeling long and relaxed.

EXPRESS ACTIVE 30

Is a 30-minute workout that drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for your next effort. Get ready to sweat!

PUMP

Our PUMP class is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that is specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music and what’s known as the Rep Effect. This is proven to help you develop lean, athletic muscle by lifting light weights while performing high repetitions, instead of heavyweights with fewer reps. Get ready to get your PUMP on!
