Our classes are open to all levels of abilities aged 16 and above. We offer classes at two convenient and fully air conditioned locations, Doha College Al Waab and Doha College West Bay. We provide an array of classes to choose from which include Bootcamp, Boxfit, Circuits and HIIT.

GYM FIT

Gym Fit is a multi-functional exercise class using a dynamic range of equipment teamed up with the most effective moves. You will workout using equipment ranging from free weights, resistance machines, cardio machines, bodyweight exercises, Olympic lifts and rig training.Gym Fit can adapt to suit any level of fitness and are great for getting fit, burning fat & having fun!

META FIT

The Metafit™ bodyweight training system is effective and simple. To burn fat you need to change your resting metabolism. Metafit™ does this by working, big muscle groups with high-intensity intervals thereby giving you quick results. Created by a former Royal Marine Commando and a national gymnast, Metafit™ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest interval and Tabata techniques to set the metabolism on fire, all set to a killer soundtrack! If you're short on time but need maximum results, Metafit™ is the workout for you.

BOX FIT

BoxFit is an exercise class based on boxing principles using pads and gloves only (so no one actually gets punched or hurt!), it incorporates a number of boxing moves and fitness drills that is sure to get you get fit and in shape.

BOOTCAMP

Every class combines a variety of exercises (including equipment and body weight exercises, metabolic conditioning, High-Intensity Interval Training, and the latest in exercise science) for 1 hour of fat blasting, strength building, endurance enhancing, mind transforming, and confidence building fun.

FUNCTIONAL 45

If you can’t decide which is the right exercise for you, or you just like the idea of putting a little variety into your workouts, then Functional 45 is the class for you. Consisting of a whole range of different exercise activities, one after the other, all in one fast-paced class. Everything from body weight exercises to resistant exercises, covering all kinds of disciplines and using all sorts of equipment, across all the key muscle groups. Our Functional 45 class is intense from start to finish. Our expert instructors can cater for each member’s skill level and modify things accordingly.

COREX

Exercises the core and surrounding muscles, which provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.  All the moves have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute work-out you will work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers for a strong and lean core!

EVO PUMP

Evo Pump is a total body workout using barbells, ideal for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, we will guide you through moves and techniques whilst pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

TEEN FIT

Childhood obesity is a ‘hot’ issue in Qatar and the time is ripe for a sports-orientated initiative like Evo Active to really take root. 

Teen-Fit provides sports, exercise and fitness to the whole community from ages 6 to adults. We believe is important to make physical activity a part of a child’s/teen’s daily routine and we educate our participant’s on the benefits of exercise through fun sessions; providing them with all the tools they need to live a healthy lifestyle. We want all of our members to develop a real passion for sports, exercise and fitness… One they can continue through to adulthood.
