Coaching Programmes

The Player Pathway

Evolution Soccer has a clear ‘Player Pathway’ which takes a common sense and player-centered approach to developing the football potential in our young learners. The player pathway is progressive, coherent and challenging and will allow our players to reach their potential.

Advanced Development
Our Advanced Development groups have been designed to bridge the gap for players on the cusp of Academy football. Players are highlighted from the Soccer Schools by our coaching team and invited to attend weekly sessions hosted by one of our most senior coaches. Players will work on developing specific areas of their game from a detailed development plan and given the psychological support needed to help them reach the next level.
Our Academy program is an invite only programe which has been specially designed with the intention of preparing our most advanced players for football at the highest level. The curriculum is a replica of what a professional academy player might expect to go through as they prepare for the season. The emphasis on Physical, Positional and Team Performance requires that only our most elite coaches are used. At this level it is not just playing with a football, but a chance for players to test themselves against opponents to see how prepared they are to attain the elite level of play that professionals aspire to. Our goal is to develop complete players who understand team formations and strategies, with training always at game intensity. Players must also have a clear understanding of their positional role within the team. Read More
