JSL Player Escort Programme

The Junior Stars League Player Escorts Programme began on Friday 26th January as over 200 Evolution Soccer members were in attendance at the QNB Stars League game between Qatar Sports Club vs. Al Arabi. 22 lucky players were selected to walk out hand in hand with their idols while all those in attendance were fortunate to be invited onto the pitch at half time for a parade around the stadium.

After the parade, Evolution Soccer members were introduced to Qatar Stars league player Fathi Al-Alami, himself a dedicated Evo player for over 8 years before signing profesional terms with the club last season.

Fathi gave some very important tips to our aspiring young players which included eat healthy, respect your parents and always listen to your coaches.

Evolution Soccer Games Programme Co-ordinator Omar Saad said, "It was wonderful to see such a huge attendance in what was our first official game under the JSL agreement. We are looking forward to working closely with our friends at the QNB Stars League over the remaining months of the season and giving even more of our members the opportunity to meet professional players."

The JSL Player Escort Programme aims to bring together the stars of today with the stars of tomorrow.

Imagine the thrill of standing beside a football star, hearing the roar of the crowd in front of thousands of fans, before turning 11-years-old. The Junior Stars League Player Escort programme will give Evolution Soccer members, from over 60 different countries, the chance to walk hand-in-hand onto the pitch with football stars at upcoming QNB Stars League matches. It is just one way that the QNB Stars League supports children’s well-being as an Official Sponsor of the JSL.

In addition to escorting the players on to the field, during the half-time break, the children - who are selected iby their coaches for their hard work and attitude during training – will take part in parades around the stadium, penalty shootouts and even their very own friendly football matches in front of the onlooking crowd.
