Over 3000 Evolution Sports members will benefit from a new performance management system this season; provided by The Sports Office.
The Sports Office’s powerful system brings together all team operations, coaching and management functions and supports all aspects of preparation and performance. Coaches, parents and players can access the system via a mobile app and use it via a range of mobile devices to communicate player progress reports, test results and training and match schedules.
During the season the Evolution Sports Academy teams will also use the Sports Office system to monitor and collect critical data generated by their players during training and matches; such as training loads. The powerful software will offer the club the ability to generate insight from this data, in order to get the most from their preparation and training activities.
“Managing a large numbers of participants represents a significant challenge for us at Evolution Sports and we are delighted to be able to use Sports Office to support our continued development”, said Evolution Sports General Manager Tommy Westmoreland.
“We believe that this performance management system will provide comprehensive support for all aspects of our preparation and training and prove itself to be a valuable communication tool for all of our members”.
Academy Manager David Wallace added: “The system offers many invaluable benefits for our teams competing at both elite and recreational levels.”
The Sports Office provides performance management systems, used across elite sport, which offer a range of functionality to support coaching, athlete/player performance, administration, health and wellbeing, recruitment, squad management and a mobile app for players and parents. It even has a staff appraisal mechanism to support all coaching and non-coaching staff.
The Sports Office’s dedicated software, designed for elite sport is also currently used by leading clubs in the Barclay’s Premier League, Aviva Premiership Rugby, Womens Super League and Leading Sports Colleges.
It is hoped that the system will be fully integrated and log in details can be shared with parents before the end of September.
And the best part… it’s free to all Evolution Sports members! What a way to celebrate ’10 years of success’.
