Little Ruggers

Since the launch of Little Ballers in 2007, Qatar's leading toddler sports programme, pre-school obesity has very much become a ‘hot’ issue and the time was ripe for a sports-orientated initiative like "Evo Mini’s" to really take root.

Play not push – a positive, fun-filled pre-school sports programme executed in a friendly, pressure-free environment.

Guided by the likes of qualified coaches, school teachers, child health specialists and pro-active parents, the “Evo Mini’s" toddler sports programme is an ever-evolving quest to teach fundamental techniques & elementary life skills in a vibrant, group play environment.

Invaluable social skills like listening, sharing, taking turns and teamwork are conscientiously woven into a evolving programme that places as much emphasis on simple learning concepts like colours and numbers as it does on fine-tuning a child’s basic balance, agility and co-ordination.

Little Ruggers

The goal of Little Ruggers is to encourage more children aged between 3 and 6 years old to get into rugby and encourage a love and lifelong passion for the sport. Little Ruggers has specifically designed to incorporate the core skills of Rugby to create a fun and enjoyable environment, whilst developing basic core motor skills and confidence.

As children move from being infants to toddlers they become more self-sufficient, wanting to explore their surroundings and affirm their independence. We encourage this by the way we structure our sessions so that they are both stimulating and exciting. Through a range of fun activities and using child friendly equipment our young learners will develop better hand to eye co-ordination, balance and agility and that in turn helps social development through the promotion of self-esteem.

All sessions are led by coaches Daniel Henderson and Greg Evans, who have a wealth of experience having played and coached at a professional level over a number of years.
